The Door/Window Sensor is an opening detector for doors and windows that supports Bluetooth Low Energy and is compatible with the HomeKit protocol. It detects the opening and closing of doors and windows and measures the temperature.

The opening of a door or window is detected when the central unit and the mobile part are separated. The change is recognized when the two parts are no longer aligned or when an accessory is opened.

This device is only compatible with the standard Apple HomeKit.
