SmartWire DT is a simple communication system for interconnecting switchgear systems, reducing the amount of wiring required and the associated costs compared to other systems. Connection via standard field bus systems (e.g., PROFIBUS, CANopen) allows use on other platforms. Available versions include 1 or 2 changeover contacts and options with or without an integrated LED element. LED elements are available in 4 colors (white, blue, green, red). SmartWire-DT diagnostics LED indicates communication. Connection to SmartWire-DT ribbon cable with external device connector.
