Product details

This 24GHz radar sensor uses FMCW and CW multimode modulation and a separate transmitter and receiver antenna structure. In operation, the sensor first emits FMCW and CW radio waves into the detection area. Subsequently, the radio waves reflected from all targets in motion, micromotion or weak motion in the area. They are converted into electrical signals by the millimetre wave MMIC circuitry in the sensor system. Then these signals are sent to the processor and processed by the appropriate signal and data algorithms. The millimetre wave radar can detect the presence of people, stationary and moving persons within the detection area. Furthermore, it can even detect static or stationary human presence, such as a sleeping person. There are two ways to output the detection result: serial interface and I/O port. Furthermore, the sensor module features high detection reliability, high sensitivity, small size and easy use or integration into applications.

Features:
Human presence detection: detects if there is a human body in the area.
Strong anti-interference capability, not affected by snow, haze, temperature, humidity, dust, light, noise, etc.
People Counter
Arduino Library
