CyberPower PDU41005 - Power Distribution Unit

The CyberPower PDU41005 delivers output from an UPS unit, generator, or mains power to multiple connected devices in IT environments. The device supports remote control of individual outlets over the network, allowing administrators to turn connected devices on and off from any location. Administrators can also determine the power sequence used to turn individual outlets on or off. The daisy-chain function also enables monitoring and control of interconnected PDUs under a single IP address.

The digital LCD display is color-configurable and rotatable, making it easy for users to maintain and monitor the PDU. Users can change the colors of the LCD to easily categorize devices across multiple machines in server rooms and IT environments.

The product is equipped with a hot-swappable Ethernet module that can work with the PowerPanel power management software and the power management web interface for real-time remote monitoring and configuration. Event logging via a web browser or network connection allows users to review a history of power states. When specific power events occur, automatic event notifications are sent via email, SMS text, or SNMP trap to designated users, enabling them to take immediate action. The USB port supports a simple firmware upgrade. Additionally, the RJ45 port allows for the connection of an optional environment sensor (ENVIROSENSOR), which provides real-time temperature and humidity monitoring in an IT center.
