Dieser Tintenstrahl-Multifunktionsdrucker druckt nicht sehr lichtbeständig und nur Fotos in guter Qualität. Farbseiten scannt er sehr gut, Fotos gut. Beim Kopieren von Fotos ist er hingegen nur schwach: Helle Bildpartien überstrahlen, und die Farbwiedergabe überzeugt nicht. Die Konstruktion wirkt eher billig, das Papierfach ist recht klapprig...

Der Multifunktionsdrucker von Brother ist für das kleine Büro oder für den privaten Einsatz gut geeignet wenn man auf ein Fax verzichten kann. Dabei sind sowohl Foto- als auch Textdruck sehr gut, wobei Farben gut wiedergegeben werden. Echte Schwächen hat das Gerät nicht da auch die Ausstattung mit Seiteneinzug und Duplexeinheit ebenfalls gut ist.
