Great sound for 20 euros? I was sceptical. The Xiaomi is actually perfectly fine for this price ? if the battery doesn't run out after six months. However, the Square Box 1 doesn't deliver high-end sound and the features are also extremely poor. But even the SoundLink Mini II couldn't fully convince me...
So small and so powerful: the second generation of the Bose Soundlink Mini is a real powerhouse. It delivers amazingly powerful sound from its elegant metal housing that is simply a pleasure to listen to. The Mini II is limited to the essentials: seven and a half hours of battery life is perfectly acceptable considering its size, and the single button controls start/stop and track skips by pressing...
The Bose SoundLink Mini II scored particularly well in the sound quality section of the test: the Bluetooth speaker sounds balanced and powerful - despite its compact design. However, it was not enough for the overall victory: the average battery life and the limited features cost valuable points.
It is only 5 x 18 cm small, 670 grams light and yet a heavyweight in terms of sound. The 2nd generation of the Soundlink Mini seamlessly continues the quality of its predecessor. With fine treble and extremely powerful bass for a mini speaker, the little American can do far more than its dimensions would suggest...
Is small, sounds big - The second version of the Bose powerhouse is a successful update: the SoundLink Mini II sounds just as powerful and big, but at the same time a little clearer and therefore more detailed in the highs. The bottom line is that this makes it even more fun than its popular predecessor.
