The Laing D5 is likely the most powerful water pump in the world, making it a popular choice for high-flow water cooling systems. The only drawback is the non-standardized connections of the Laing D5, which is why some water cooling manufacturers offer alternative tops. Connection specialist Bitspower also offers a very stylish top.

This top is completely transparent, machined from a solid block of acrylic, allowing for visual monitoring of the water flow. Colored liquids are showcased beautifully. To enhance this effect, LEDs can be installed directly in the top through corresponding holes (2x 3mm / 2x 5mm).

Additionally, Bitspower equips the D5 top with various threaded holes to provide multiple mounting options. There are three G1/4 inch threaded holes available—one for the inlet and two for the outlet. The necessary screws and a sealing ring are included in the package.

The top is mounted to the pump using two metal plates, which are then covered by an additional lid.
