BIQU H2 V2S 24 V Extruder

BIQU’s compact H2 V2S is a direct drive extruder with a robust aluminum alloy housing. Weighing in at just 195g, the H2 V2S is lighter than other traditional dual-gear extrusion systems on the market! The system has a replaceable, all-metal hotend, which is temperature resistant up to 270 °C thanks to a special silicone base for thermal insulation.

Trouble-free filament feed

An optimized lever does all the work of supplying and disposing of filaments.

Adjustable voltage

The extrusion system is equipped with a practical screw tensioning device. This not only makes it easier to grip the filaments, but also allows them to be processed more flexibly.

Efficiency in heat dissipation

Thanks to optimized built-in heat dissipation channels and fans, the heat is dissipated directly. This also ensures a longer life of the extruder.

Fast and precise

The dual-gear system has a gear ratio of 7:1 and an extrusion force of 770 N, which ensures very high precision and printing speed.

Incredible compatibility with filaments

The H2 V2S is compatible with different materials: PLA, ABS, TPU, nylon, PETG and many more. It is particularly suitable for flexible filaments, as the clamping force can be adjusted individually by adjusting the screw tensioner.

More mounting holes

With more mounting holes built into the H2 V2S, air cooling is adjustable.
