The LCD-3 is a headphone designed for the highest quality standards, featuring unmatched bass reproduction, exquisite high-frequency representation, and, according to the manufacturer, the best midrange available. Music sounds exactly as it does in the original studio recording. All Audeze headphones are handcrafted in the Audeze workshop in California. A special alloy is used for the diaphragm's conductor paths, providing even more precision and less distortion. The transducers are precisely measured and selected in pairs at the factory, resulting in a maximum left-right deviation of only +/- 0.5 dB. Audeze's Fazor technology enhances the control of the music flow within the headphones. The result is an improved phase response, an extended frequency range both upwards and downwards, a smooth frequency response, and remarkably three-dimensional spatial reproduction. The decorative luxurious zebra wood (zebrano) with its soft transitions from light to dark gives the LCD-3 its unique style. The extra soft lambskin ear pads and the lightweight airy headband made of steel and leather ensure comfort during long listening sessions. Included in the package are a transport case and a headphone cable with an XLR connector, as well as an XLR to 6.3 mm adapter.
