The UC1284B is a converter cable from USB to parallel interface. It transforms the USB port of your PC, notebook, or handheld device into a parallel interface, allowing you to connect a traditional printer. It features bidirectional data transmission for compatibility with modern parallel port printers. The cable has a Type A USB connector for standard USB cable connection and a parallel C-36 connector. The length is 180 cm. It is fully compatible with USB specifications and does not require an external power supply. The maximum data transfer rate is 1.2 Mbit/s in ECP mode. Supported operating systems include Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 (only supports the 32-bit version of Windows 7).
