For those who want to showcase their stylish D5 NEXT expansion tank from aqua computer and the bubbling coolant inside even better, a compatible RGB LED lighting is essential. Aqua computer provides this in the form of an LED ring that fits perfectly onto the tube of this expansion tank, but it is also suitable for other expansion tanks with a diameter of 60 mm. The inner diameter of the ring is exactly that size, while the outer diameter measures 70 mm, and 72 mm at the two connections. The LED ring is only 10 mm wide and is equipped with 12 individually addressable LEDs.

To control the RGB lighting of the LEDs, a controller from aqua computer is required, which features a corresponding proprietary 4-pin RGBpx output. This includes the fan controller QUADRO. A suitable connection cable is included with the LED ring. Additionally, there is a second connection where another RGBpx component can be connected, such as the RGBpx lighting set.
