The Core Distro Plate from Alphacool, featuring the VPP Apex pump, is an essential component for any custom water cooling setup. Core Design
A core element of Alphacool's Core Design series is the chrome-plated G1/4 connections made of brass. In the Core Distro Plate, the connections are recessed rather than screwed into a thread as is usual. This design choice helps Alphacool avoid potential leakage issues caused by cracking from the direct screwing of the connections into the acrylic. The connections are two-part, equipped with an O-ring, and counter each other during installation in the acrylic. This not only ensures absolute sealing of each individual connection but also allows for the clear and functional aesthetics of the Alphacool Core Design series.
