The AKG PW45 Vocal Set is a powerful wireless system for vocals and speech. It consists of a wireless microphone and a receiver. The diversity receiver ensures a secure transmission of the audio signal with two antennas. The reception quality of both antennas is constantly compared, and only the strongest radio signal is used. This guarantees optimal sound quality without dropouts. The wireless microphone features a display for the transmission channel and a control LED for battery status. It operates for up to eight hours on just one AA battery. The gain switch allows for two levels of audio signal sensitivity adjustment. Additionally, the wireless microphone has a noise-free on/off/mute switch. The capsule of the wireless microphone has a cardioid pickup pattern, making it particularly insensitive to handling noise, secure against feedback, and ensuring the right presence of the voice. An internal windscreen effectively suppresses pop and wind noises.
