By connecting the AGFEO HyperVoice with your user software, customer data is retrieved on your PC triggered by the incoming call, even before you pick up the phone. With the AGFEO HyperVoice Click, you are well-informed before the conversation with the customer begins. This leads to above-average customer satisfaction, competent telephone consulting, and quick responses to current and completed projects.
Call flag
When a call comes in, the AGFEO Click icon appears on your PC screen. You can open customer data with a mouse click before answering the call.
CTI
Computer-assisted telephony, e.g., dialing with a mouse click, directly from your used program.
Stable operation
The AGFEO Click does not require additional drivers, such as drivers for TAPI applications. Drivers have often led to instabilities in the past, which cannot happen with the AGFEO Click.
Requirements
To use the AGFEO Click, you need:
- AGFEO HyperVoice with AGFEO HyperVoice Dashboard software
- Activated HyperVoice AGFEO Click license
- Third-party software with specific adaptations for the AGFEO Click
