Kramer's CA-USB31/CC is a bidirectional active extension cable designed to extend USB C full-function signals. Typically, USB C full-function signals have a maximum length of about 1 meter, but the CA-USB31/CC allows cable lengths of up to 4.7 meters.

This bus-powered cable contains active electronics that enable it to extend video DP signals, USB 3.1 Super Speed Plus, USB 2.0, and charging signals of 60W without signal loss or potential power issues. Without the need for an external power source, the CA-USB31/CC is suitable for use with USB C monitors, VR devices, hard drives, cameras, printers, webcams, soundbars, and more.
