Galaxus is a SCAM
Galaxus is deliberately faking expected delivery time on the website to misinform customers and pretend they have competitive delivery times. Do not be fooled - all of this is a lie, there is no customer assistance whatsoever, no customer service. Definitely do not recommend to purchase this kind of product from Galaxus - just go to your local shop like SportXX, Ochsner sport, etc, get a business card from the shop assistant and you will get a much better service than here.
My experience: based on the information on Galaxus website, product was supposed to be delivered on 11.02. Delivery date was the key parameter for me based on which I decided to purchase this thing. Product was delivered 2 weeks later. There was no customer service available - I had to call the delivery company by myself. Asked Galaxus for a discount - zero reaction. Asked them to withdraw the delivery - zero action. Definitely do not recommend and impose sanctions.

Galaxus is definitely a scamming company , had the exact same issue regarding fake deliveries , Tjana kept sending false shipping details .
I personally have an account with DHL who delivers regularly to my residence I contacted DHL and they told me to be cautious.
Galaxus and the one called TJana are all scammers
