iFit is an Internet-connected and interactive fitness platform that brings together fitness activities that take place at home, in the gym and outdoors with a single login and device. This product provides maps, visualization and workouts for those exercising on iFit-enabled devices. The level-up version of iFit Connected Fitness offers true interactivity with iFit's interactive technology that remotely controls the speed, incline, decline, resistance and program length of workouts and uploads the results at the end of the workout to track workout results and progress on iFit.com.

In addition to tracking daily activities such as sleep, calories burned, steps taken and distance traveled, the iFit can also measure your nutrition and exercise. The technology is integrated with many exercise hardware products, wirelessly connecting to stationary bikes, ellipticals and treadmills from ProForm, FreeMotion and NordicTrack to measure and track workouts at home or in the gym.
