Acer
Acer Inc. is a Taiwanese computer company headquartered in Taipeh. Established in 1976 under the name Multitech, it was given its current name in 1987 (from the Latin term for fierce, sharp, severe, keen). Acer produces PCs – notebooks, desktops, servers – and monitors, LCD TVs, media centres and projectors.
