As the top Swiss e-commerce platform, with a crew of over 4’000 across Switzerland, Germany, and Serbia, Galaxus is poised to move into new markets. Our driving force is our determination to keep challenging the status quo. That’s why we’re on the lookout for characters who’re passionate about making genuine improvements. We’ll give you the freedom and trust to make an impact, to grow with us and to be yourself. Act galactic. Be you.

Our fulfilment centre in Neuenburg runs on automation and you'll be the one making sure it stays that way. As our Industrial Systems Lead, you own the full controls stack from PLC to WCS, drive structured fault resolution, keep critical interfaces rock-solid and act as the bridge between our external partners and internal teams. You'll be joining a logistics operation that's still scaling, meaning less legacy, more "let's figure out the best way to do this."

Tes responsabilités

  • Dive deep into our controls architecture: from PLC to WCS to every interface in between, and truly understand how it all connects
  • Support and optimise our automation systems during ramp-up, making sure things don't just work but work well
  • When something goes wrong, you lead the structured fault analysis and drive it to resolution: no finger-pointing, just fixing
  • Collaborate closely with TGW on controls and software topics: you're the bridge between external partners and internal teams
  • Build up internal competence around controls systems and interfaces so we become more self-reliant over time
  • Own the stability of critical interfaces (e.g. WCS ? PLC), because when these fail, parcels stop moving

Tes compétences

  • Hands-on experience in technical projects and commissioning – whether that's plant engineering, automation or intralogistics
  • Language skills: English and German C1, french is an advantage
  • Solid technical understanding of mechanics, electrical systems and automation
  • Experience with warehouse control systems (WCS) or PLC programming and familiarity with TGW systems or similar intralogistics providers
  • Leadership experience or a track record of building up team competence in a technical domain
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Think and act with an absolut respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions

Pourquoi commencer avec nous?

  • Values, not empty words: Cooperative, innovative, piratesque, responsible, ambitious – these five values are what we practise and preach
  • Courageous thinking: We encourage everyone to think on their feet, and love it when they come up with bold or edgy ideas
  • Uncomplicated approach: Simplicity is at our core. We avoid the unnecessary and focus on what really matters – from overcoming challenges to celebrating our shared successes
  • Flexibility and freedom: Every position is possible with an 80% workload
  • Rapid growth: With us, growth is a continuous journey. We also support you with EDU points (1600 € or 2000 minutes) per year for your professional development so there’s no risk of you getting stuck in a rut
  • More benefits: 28 days of holiday, exclusive employee conditions in our online shop, a shuttle service and other benefits.

Diversity is our culture.

To build the best team, we want to draw from the full spectrum of talent out there. This means people from all walks of life have the same opportunities with us, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, disability status, gender identity, sexual orientation or age. We believe true inclusion means everyone is welcome and each contribution is valuable.
