Tes responsabilités

• You will develop, design and optimize logistics processes for our new location in Neuenburg.
• In Supply Chain Management, you constantly work to improve existing processes, optimally implement new ones, and document them appropriately.
• You assess new ideas together with relevant stakeholders, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• You ensure proper training, documentation, and correct application of processes by regularly participating in operational logistics activities.
• Depending on the situation, you assume different responsibilities during project implementation, including coordinating project teams as a project manager or independently driving optimization initiatives.
• You identify optimization opportunities, initiate the necessary actions, and ensure their successful implementation.

Tes compétences

• A university degree (FH, University, ETH) in Process Management, or a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in process development or project management in an industrial or logistics environment; experience with automated systems is an advantage.
• Successfully led and implemented projects, ideally combined with experience in Lean Management
• Flexibility to work temporarily in Wohlen and later at the new logistics center in Neuchâtel, along with approximately 20% travel within Switzerland.
• Comfortable working with growing data volumes, able to derive relevant insights, and ideally have experience with SQL.
• Fluent German and English skills; French is a plus.
• The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
