Tes responsabilités
- You take responsibility for maintaining, sustaining, and further developing occupational health and safety at both Neuenburg locations.
- You act as the first point of contact and advisor for employees and management on all topics related to workplace safety.
- You promote safety awareness and actively integrate occupational health and safety into daily operations.
- You plan and conduct internal trainings, briefings, and audits.
- You independently implement safety projects to improve workplace safety and prevent accidents on site.
- You support accident investigations and derive and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Tes compétences
- Experience in safety management or in a comparable role with interfaces to occupational safety.
- Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist, ideally in a logistics environment.
- Knowledge of health management is a plus.
- Ambition to take on a team leadership role on site in the future.
- Strong analytical thinking and a high willingness to learn.
- Very good English skills are required; fluent German and or French are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships.
