Ready to take control of one of Europe’s most modern logistics centers?

As Head of Operations Control Center, you sit in the cockpit of our logistics hub with up to 1,000 employees. In this role, you lead the operational control of all logistics processes, from inbound goods to packing. You manage your team both professionally and disciplinarily, ensuring smooth daily operations. With your expertise and analytical mindset, complex situations are quickly identified, appropriate actions are initiated, and your team is actively developed.

Tes responsabilités

  • Development of the site’s control concept while the location is still under construction.
  • Recruitment, leadership, and continuous development of a team operating the site from the control center.
  • Ownership of intralogistics production planning and ensuring transparency across all daily processes, from goods receipt to shipping.
  • Ensuring continuous operational visibility in the control center for internal stakeholders regarding the current status of daily operations.
  • Driving innovation and supporting the sustainable development of processes and systems.

Tes compétences

  • Completed degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least three years of leadership experience, ideally combined with experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS), paired with strong IT affinity.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to quickly grasp and structure complex situations.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and at the same time a true team player mentality.
  • Very good English skills are required; fluent German and or French are a strong advantage.
  • Think and act with an absolut respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions.
  • The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment.
