  • Ensuring safe work processes and task allocation appropriate to qualifications; early escalation of technical risks and recurring weaknesses

Your skills

  • Completed training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable technical qualification, along with several years of practical experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or commissioning of automated systems
  • Good German and English skills for leadership and reliable operational coordination, as well as working level English for technical training and supplier contacts
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical relationships as well as PLCs, sensors, actuators, and drive technology
  • Experience in technical leadership, work coordination, or guiding colleagues; willingness to take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities
  • Structured and safety conscious way of working, with the ability to prioritize problems and explain decisions clearly, combined with enjoyment of hands on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team development
  • Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
  • Building trust through consistent and reliable actions
