As the top Swiss e-commerce platform, with a crew of over 3’500 across Switzerland, Germany, and Serbia, Galaxus is poised to move into new markets. Our driving force is our determination to keep challenging the status quo. That’s why we’re on the lookout for characters who’re passionate about making genuine improvements. We’ll give you the freedom and trust to make an impact, to grow with us and to be yourself. Act galactic. Be you.
Your journey begins at our established logistics center in Wohlen (Switzerland), where you will get to know our processes, culture, and team while contributing to the cross-site project for the new location from day one. Through targeted training, workshops, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you will gain the insights and support needed to successfully transition into your role.
This way you experience a fully functioning operation firsthand and actively shape the future in Neuenburg at the same time. During the ramp-up phase, you act as a pragmatic all-rounder: You tackle problems wherever they arise and resolve operational bottlenecks immediately – whether at your desk or on the shop floor.
Your responsibilities
- You will develop, design and optimize logistics processes for our new location in Neuenburg
- In Supply Chain Management, you constantly work to improve existing processes, optimally implement new ones, and document them appropriately
- You assess new ideas together with relevant stakeholders, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- You ensure proper training, documentation, and correct application of processes by regularly participating in operational logistics activities
- Depending on the situation, you assume different responsibilities during project implementation, including coordinating project teams as a project manager or independently driving optimization initiatives
- You identify optimization opportunities, initiate the necessary actions, and ensure their successful implementation
Your skills
- A university degree (FH, University, ETH) in Process Management, or a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in process development or project management in an industrial or logistics environment; experience with automated systems is an advantage
- Successfully led and implemented projects, ideally combined with experience in Lean Management
- Flexibility to work temporarily in Wohlen and later at the new logistics center in Neuchâtel, along with approximately 20% travel within Switzerland
- Comfortable working with growing data volumes, able to derive relevant insights, and ideally have experience with SQL
- Fluent German and English skills; French is a plus
- The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Why start with us?

- Courageous thinking: We encourage everyone to think on their feet, and love it when they come up with bold or edgy ideas.
- Uncomplicated approach: Simplicity is at our core. We avoid the unnecessary and focus on what really matters – from overcoming challenges to celebrating our shared successes.
- Flexibility and freedom: Every position is possible with an 80% workload.
- Rapid growth: With us, growth is a continuous journey. We also support you with EDU points (1600 € and 2000 minutes) per year for your professional development so there’s no risk of you getting stuck in a rut.
- More benefits: 28 days of holiday, exclusive employee conditions in our online shop, a shuttle service and other benefits.
Diversity is our culture.
To build the best team, we want to draw from the full spectrum of talent out there. This means people from all walks of life have the same opportunities with us, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, disability status, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
