Phobya 12VHPWR adapter
Hello digitec Will you be including the 180 degree 12VHPWR adapters from Phobya on sale? The clunky ones from Corsair don't fit my RTX 4090 from ASUS! Specifically, I would like the model 12vhpwr16p16p-bl

Hello there! Am I actually the only one who has been wishing for the possibility of "price per kilo" or "price per gram" for years or an eternity?

Hello to all the digiteers and to the Digitec team 👋 I wanted to suggest a small improvement for the forum and the level system: Would it be possible to add a clear list of levels (1, 2, 3, etc.) with, next to each level, an indication of what it has actually unlocked - in particular whether it entitles you to a discount coupon or not? This would give members a better understanding of the progression and benefits linked to their activity on the forum. At the moment, it's a bit vague, and it's not always clear whether a level has given entitlement to a voucher or just a badge... Also, the voucher is sometimes notified by a separate email and ends up in the spam folder... If you're interested, please join me in notifying the Digitec team... Thanks in advance for your feedback, and well done for the community you've built!

Why Devolo components are still being sold is questionable. According to the letter, Devolo will discontinue its platform on 31 December 2025. After this date, the components will no longer be controllable. Also very tricky from a legal point of view. Let's see how retailers like Galaxus behave.

Bought the Boom Box in January 2021. It has worked perfectly until now. Now it no longer charges. It no longer responds to anything (not even to a reset). What can I do? Or where can I have it repaired? The warranty has already expired.

Hello everyone I put together a PC some time ago and noticed that the fans sporadically turn very high. Even without any significant load (e.g. downloading 3-4 large files via the browser). CPU ist https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/amd-ryzen-7-7800x3d-am5-420-ghz-8-core-prozessor-24667438 CPU cooler https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/be-quiet-dark-rock-4-15940-mm-cpu-kuehler-8192688 Mainboard https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/asus-prime-b650-plus-am5-amd-b650-atx-mainboard-22605358 Case https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/fractal-north-atx-matx-mini-itx-pc-gehaeuse-23351237 Airflow from front to back ensured. I reapplied the thermal paste, but it already looked well distributed. The cooler body itself is practically not warm, but you can feel how slightly heated air is dissipated by the fan. HWInfo shows package temperatures of 70-85° for the CPU! GPU (RTX 4070 Super, is normal at ~30°) I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to proceed. Do you have any tips?
