We are looking for an HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our international team at the new logistics center in Neuenburg am Rhein, starting immediately or by agreement. If you are eager to get involved, represent our People & Culture department at the site, support managers and employees in operational matters, and build trusting relationships with our stakeholders, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Tes responsabilités

  • You advise and support our employees and managers on disciplinary issues, labor law questions, and further development.
  • Your primary role is to support our managers in logistics and advise them on change processes, conflict situations, or how to perform their leadership roles even more effectively.
  • You contribute your HR expertise to cross-functional HR topics and projects in Germany.
  • Together with your team and the business, you will drive projects forward to achieve our annual and quarterly goals and further develop our services.
  • You analyze key figures and provide our managers with the analyses, discuss measures with them, and be available to them as a sparring partner.
  • You take on administrative tasks related to EDU Points, approvals, and business travel.
  • You are familiar with and use our P&C core processes and system landscape, and are a central contact person for continuous optimization.

Tes compétences

  • You have several years of experience as an HR business partner and very good knowledge of German labor law.
  • You have already gained experience in a logistics, production, or facility management environment and are familiar with the specifics of shift work.
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills and know how to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You approach tasks with patience, communicate clearly and convincingly, and are known for your strong assertiveness.
  • You speak English, French, and German fluently.
  • You have an affinity for IT systems and enjoy working in an agile environment. You understand how digital HR tools can make the world a simpler place.
  • Your stakeholders are mainly located at the logistics site. Therefore, you are willing to work on site 4 days a week.
