Your responsibilities

  • You develop and implement quality standards together with the operations team

  • You ensure that internal quality standards as well as legal and industry-specific requirements are adhered to in all relevant processes

  • You analyze data, identify sources of errors, and optimize procedures to sustainably increase customer satisfaction

  • Conduct root cause analyses, derive corrective and preventive measures, and support their implementation to sustainably improve quality

  • Present findings in an understandable way, align priorities with stakeholders, and convince leadership with data-based recommendations

  • Organize and manage the onboarding of newly hired logistics operators.

  • Partner with operational teams to coordinate onboarding process steps.

Your skills

  • Experience in quality management, e-commerce, or logistics. Further education and experience in engineering, quality management or logistics.

  • Proven track record in reducing defects and improving customer-oriented quality metrics, as well as familiarity with digital quality systems, automation, or initial approaches in machine learning.

  • Good command of English and German. French skills are an advantage.

  • High level of initiative and the ability to convince stakeholders, support change processes, and sustainably anchor improvements in daily operations.

  • Being resilient in changing times and approaching changes with a positive attitude.
