It’s not even one year that i bought it and it has fallen apart. The material is ripped from the stitches. I’m wondering if I can bring it back? Very bad quality

Does anyone know what the thin black rod is for? It was just inside the package and I can't figure out where it goes.

Does it have a removable pocket in each compartment? It looks like it in the pictures. I also interpret the statement on the Wenko website accordingly: "Modern laundry collector with practical carrying handles for convenient transport to the washing machine". In an answer to this question, however, it says that you cannot remove the pockets individually. So what is correct? I am looking for exactly such a part, which has a single pocket in each of the compartments, which I can remove if necessary and carry to the laundry room.
