If we order the item today, are we guaranteed to get it by the above dates? If not, do we get a refund or a voucher? Does it come with all the accessories shown on the item's photo?

The delivery time is unfortunately always without guarantee. Delivery may be faster (rare) but it can also take longer.

If you order a product and change your mind, you can always cancel the order.

Moreover, the delivery content is the same as in the photo.
