As Palffymatter has already written, you can work with the virtual fence. However, the tracking is not extremely precise - there are always deviations of 10-20 metres. I don't know if that would be enough for your needs. I think a smart cat flap (e.g. Secure Flap) is better, which notifies you in the mobile phone app when your cat (with implanted chip) has either entered/left the house or looked in through the flap.

You can keep the virtual fence small accordingly. This way, you get a message every time it is left and entered. I don't think multiple virtual fences can be defined.
