Not sure if this is what you want to know but from the floor to above the armrest is 62 cm when the chair and the backs are at the bottom. You can raise the backrest 10 cm to 72 cm.
The chair can be 11 cm high and then the distance from the floor to the armrest is 73-83 cm.
