Sorry, I can't get it right. Am I too stupid? I have the Connect Box from UPC. The Lyra just doesn't want to recognise the modem, let alone access the Internet. In which mode does the box have to run?

Had the same problem.
Firmware update of the Lyra helped (I think it was done via the app). For the update, it could alternatively help if the connect box is in router mode and the Lyra is connected directly to the network.

The connect box should be in bridge mode when everything works.
