Early pre-orders of the iPhone 17 Pro (e.g. directly at launch) are now only displayed at Galaxus with a delivery date of mid/end October, but this information only came at the start of sales. The support response only refers to the supplier and gives an unreliable time window of almost a month. For a first minute pre-order, I would have expected at least a delivery at launch or in an early batch. In addition, the delivery is apparently via a distributor and not directly via Apple, which I would have liked to have known beforehand. Otherwise I was always happy with Galaxus, but this time it seems very unfortunate. What do you think?

I see it the same way. Pretty unfortunate. Had the confirmation on 12.09. at 14.02. Actually thought that this should be enough for a delivery on 19/09.
Now unfortunately a "today until 18.10.2025" in it. Doesn't really make me "gluschtig" to order again. Especially as the overpriced offers for the devices with faster delivery times now seem pretty weird to me.

Due to the extremely high demand, unfortunately not all orders could be delivered at the start of sales. We are currently working closely with our suppliers to be able to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.
