With AES-XTS 256-bit hardware encryption, the datAshur Personal seamlessly encrypts all data on the drive while at rest, protecting your data even if the flash drive falls into the wrong hands. The administrator can then allow the user to set a new PIN.

If the administrator PIN is entered incorrectly ten times in a row, the PIN, the encryption key, and all data will be lost forever. The device will revert to factory default settings and must be formatted before use.
