By the time the iPhone 18 comes out at the latest, you'll have your iPhone 17! All joking aside. I've also received an email that my order has been delayed. I'm still in dialogue with support about the potential new delivery date. Let's wait and see over the next few days. I read in the responses from others on this topic that something can still change. I'll also wait a few more days until I have clarity and if I see that it will be delivered within a reasonable period of time, then I'll wait.

I received the order confirmation by e-mail at 14:00 and it seems that I won't receive the iPhone tomorrow either. But if you ordered "only" 10-20 minutes after possible pre-order, I could have told you from experience that the device will definitely not arrive on the first day of sale.
